Learning to love books outcomes

Learning To Love Books is measured against the following key performance indicators every term

These include measures around families having fun together and having an improved understanding of their child’s Early Literacy Development; book ownership and how early literacy is related to school success; children’s speech, language and communication needs are supported, problems picked up early and families signposted for early intervention and support; creative storytelling is modelled. We encourage families to join the library and get them into the “book borrowing” habit.
