WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

  • The number of volunteers fell from 190 before Covid to 60 after the pandemic and we need to rebuild the network
  • We have insufficient funds to build and develop our Early Years pre-school intervention projects as our long-term funder, Small Steps Big Changes, is due to wind down in 2024
  • The Charity currently makes a small surplus after stripping down its costs but suffers from low reserves and has no capacity to meet an increasing need for its services
  • We need to recruit a new administrator to reduce the workload of our front line staff and give them the capacity to deliver more added value to the children in our communities
